We require a non-refundable deposit fee 24 hours prior the appointment to all first time clients, as well as any services over 90 minutes. This deposit may be provided via phone or in person. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and gift certificates/gift cards.
Failure to provide a deposit 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a cancellation.
All gift certificates/gift cards will not be viable if unable to provide the card number 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Our Spa holds a 24 hours cancellation policy. This time frame gives our therapists an opportunity to fill the spot with another patient. If cancelling with 24 hours notice, there will be no charge for the missed appointment. If you have pre-paid for your service we can offer you a refund.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: If cancelling with less then 24 hours notice, there is a fee equal to half the cost of the missed appointment. For pre-paid services the remaining balance will become a service credit and will not be refunded.
No Show: If the client does not call and does not show up for their appointment, there will be a fee equal to the full cost of the missed appointment. No refund will be given for pre-paid services
